Randall K. Bowen is a partner with Bowen & Logan, PLLC. His practice focuses on three overlapping areas.
- First, Mr. Bowen represents people and business entities in all aspects of business formation and organization; daily operation (such as contract review and negotiations, and employment law matters); and structuring business mergers, acquisitions, and dissolutions.
- Second, Mr. Bowen represents clients engaged in the healthcare sector, including individual physicians and other healthcare professionals, practice groups, medical staffs, and hospitals. For example, Mr. Bowen regularly advises his healthcare clients regarding Federal anti-kickback laws, the Stark Law and HIPAA. Mr. Bowen also represents licensed professionals and their practice groups in other disciplines, such as architecture and engineering.
- Third, Mr. Bowen advises his clients concerning intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademark, and computer software protection, licensing, and infringement issues.
Mr. Bowen is a member of the Leadership Fairfax Class of 1996. Prior to practicing law, he was a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. He served the country as a Naval Flight Officer.
